Job ID: electrical-engineer-frankfurt-germanyPosted: 2026-05-22Location: -, GermanySalary: GBP 80K–85K + accommodation + rotation + travel + 28K living allowanceEmployment Type: PermanentCompany: LJB & CoElectrical Engineer – Frankfurt, Germany80K–85K + accommodation + rotation + travel + 28K living allowance We are a leading European construction provider delivering complex data centre and high-tech projects across Europe.We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a major project in Frankfurt, supporting the delivery of electrical packages from design through to installation and handover.Key Responsibilities:Manage electrical systems and packages on-site Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Review IFC drawings, manage BIM coordination, RFIs, and technical submittals Oversee site safety, QA/QC, and compliance Support project scheduling, procurement, and material tracking (EMR) Manage subcontractor performance, progress, and reporting Oversee installation, snagging, and project close-out Produce weekly progress, cost, and risk reports Support tendering and technical assessment of subcontractors Mentor junior engineers and support team development Requirements:5+ years’ experience with an M&E contractor Strong experience in electrical systems delivery Experience with BIM, QA/QC, and project planning tools (Primavera) Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage workload and work within a team Modularisation experience beneficial
