The Role• Supervise electrical installation works on site • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour • Ensure works are delivered safely and to programme • Maintain quality and technical standards • Enforce HSEQ compliance • Review drawings and installation documentation • Support commissioning and energisation activities • Attend coordination and progress meetings • Report to the Electrical Project Manager Requirements• Strong electrical trade background • 5+ years supervising large-scale electrical installations • Data centre / industrial / pharmaceutical project experience preferred • Experience managing subcontractors • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations • Ability to work within strict project deadlines
