Job ID: senior-quantity-surveyor-dusseldorf-germanyPosted: 2026-05-22Location: -, GermanySalary: GBP 85K–95K + accommodation + rotation + travel + 28K living allowanceEmployment Type: PermanentCompany: LJB & CoSenior Quantity Surveyor – Düsseldorf, Germany85K–95K + accommodation + rotation + travel + 28K living allowance We are a leading European construction provider delivering complex data centre and high-tech projects across Europe.We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Düsseldorf, supporting full commercial delivery and project cost control.Key Responsibilities:Support the construction team on all QS and commercial functions Ensure compliance with contract obligations and advise project teams Manage subcontractor accounts from award through to final account Prepare monthly valuations, variations, and claims Monitor project cash flow, forecasting, and reporting Identify and manage commercial risks Support procurement and contract administration Track project progress against programme and report accordingly Review contractual correspondence and manage responses Requirements:Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large projects Strong commercial and contract management experience Data centre experience desirable Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and within a team Previous team management experience beneficial
