Job ID: senior-quantity-surveyor-frankfurt-germanyPosted: 2026-05-22Location: -, GermanySalary: GBP 85K–95K + accommodation + rotation + travel + 28K living allowanceEmployment Type: PermanentCompany: LJB & CoSenior Quantity Surveyor – Frankfurt, Germany85K–95K + accommodation + rotation + travel + 28K living allowance We are a leading European construction provider delivering complex data centre and high-tech projects.We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major project in Frankfurt, taking responsibility for commercial delivery, cost control, and subcontractor management.Key Responsibilities:Review and manage contract documentation Prepare and issue subcontractor enquiries and contracts Manage variations, valuations, and monthly applications Oversee subcontractor accounts through to final account Issue contractual notices and assess claims Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts Manage project cash flow and financial performance Liaise with client, contractors, and internal teams Requirements:Degree qualified or relevant QS/commercial experience 5+ years’ experience in QS or commercially focused roles Strong knowledge of subcontract management Experience across CSA and/or MEP packages Strong numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills Strong Excel skills (SAP beneficial) High attention to detail and commercial awareness
