Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role:

Travel Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient therapy, responsible for evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring successful community reintegration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, create discharge-focused treatment plans, delegate therapy services, educate patients and families, document medical records accurately, and participate in professional development and supervision of students.
• Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, active state license, CPR certification, and at least one year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Skills & Requirements: Strong evaluation and treatment skills, adherence to professional standards and regulatory guidelines, commitment to ongoing education, and active participation in organizational improvement initiatives.

Key Duties:

Perform evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, document progress, supervise students, and comply with licensing and regulatory standards.
