What You´ll Do
• Support customers via phone, chat, and/or email
• Provide clear, accurate solutions and guidance
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Follow project quality standards and best practices
What We´re Looking For
• Fluent German (C2 level)
• Good English (B2 level)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
